Dawn is currently opening for international singer-songwriter Jason Mraz, (www.jasonmraz.com). Yesterday she played a 30 minutes set at a sold-out venue at Shepherd's Bush Empire, acquiring an exceptional success with “All in your head” and “Fortuneteller”. Dawn will be following Jason Mraz’s tour for other two dates opening tonight’s show at the Brighton Corn Exchange and tomorrow’s international gig in Amsterdam at the Melkweg.

Hyde Park O2 Wireless Festival

Great performance despite the rainy weather and the volume competition with Powder Finger, who where playing on the stage in front of her. The Tuborg’s tent was filled up to its maximum capacity with an enthusiastic crowd while Dawn and The Supplier’s keyboard player Nikolaj Torp where exchanging absorbing musical harmonies. The 30 minutes show had a immense response and was ultimately a great success.

Dawn At Glastonbury

The Dawn Kinnard and Nikolaj Torp duo had a great success once again. This time at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival where they got to play a 40 minutes set at the Queen’s Head Stage. The performance came to its climax when Dawn performed “Clear the way” in duet with welsh singer-songwriter Cerys Matthews (www.cerysmatthews.co.uk), who made a guest appearance to support Dawn in this memorable event. At this point the audience was completely driven by the artist’s performance and couldn’t take their eyes away from the stage.

Hard Rock Calling

Dawn Kinnard ranked 3rd from the top of the Bill headlined by the Charlatans at Hard Rock Calling Festival. She performed a 30 minutes show in a duo with Nikolaj Torp on keyboards. Whilst the tent was filling up and the crowd was getting involved with the show, a guest entrance by international singer-songwriter Jason Mraz (www.jasonmraz.com), dressed up like one of The Suppliers in a white boiler suit, was a great surprise for fans. Their duet performance of “Clear the way” was exceptional and had a great response from the public.

Bush Hall Show

Dawn’s first headline show at the Bush Hall turned up to be a great success. The one hour set was supported by the talented multi-instrumentalists “The Suppliers” (www.myspace.com/thesuppliersuk), with Kristoffer Sonne on Drums, Nikolaj Juel on guitar and bass and Nikolaj Torp playing keyboards and bass. Thanks to the Suppliers’ fourth member, live engineer Dyre Gorsmen, the sound, coupled with Dawn’s capturing harmonies has reached absolute perfection, keeping the audience glued to the stage. Not to mention the epic outro from “White Walls” that took it to another level.
